Have Hijackhis fix these:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Window Title = Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by Comcast
N1 - Netscape 4: user_pref("browser.startup.homepage", "www.iwon.com"); (C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\mporter\prefs.js)

The run L2Mfix's option #1 & post the resultant log.
DO NOT REBOOT YOUR COMPUTER AFTER YOU HAVE POSTED THE LOG

Did you manage to run the smitRem tool whilst in Safe Mode? If so, it should produce a log called smitfiles.txt located at Drive C
