Downloaded Mozilla firefox, but it can't open any webpages at all?
Moved the Security and Privacy Tabs around to medium-low, and low, and high, no change. It's on the default medium right now.
reset the modem and router, and reinstalled the router software (linksys) also.
I also read on someone's site about reducing the mtu from 1500 to a lower number, but that didn't help.
any suggestions?
