The most common problems I have seen are poorly lubricated caliper slides and/or corroded hardware and slides causing the caliper to hang and drag, overheating the brakes and making the rubber parts hard and the caliper(s) to hang.
Or contamination of the brake fluid. I see you claim you bled the brakes, but is is possible that some petroleum based fluid was mixed in the system. Petroleum based products will cause all the rubber to swell and jam the calipers.
What is going on with the brake pads. Only 1 wearing? Inside/outside? or both just on 1 side?
Also have you replace the caliper with a "loaded" caliper? Rebuilt with brake pads installed? Did you replace the brake pads on both sides with the same type?
