Please use Symantec's guide to remove the quarantine files.


Then locate & delete this file:

C:\Documents and Settings\Ronnie\.jpi_cache\jar\1.0\arc.jar-31224e69-258d5ed5.zip



Do you have the installation file for Norton antivirus? Norton is a notorious resource hog. If you feel your computer is slow, you should consider uninstalling it. If you do uninstall it, I suggest that you replace your security needs with NOD32 (not freeware) or AVG (Freeware)
