hey! thanks SO much for your help.

ok, i was able to do the first steps (disabling and stopping msdt.exe, and delete it as an NT Service)...however, when I went to "Delete a file in reboot" from the options in HiHackThis, I looked for C:\WINDOWS\msdt.exe and it was not there. Any ideas?

Should I stop here or go ahead with the CleanUp! and Panda Active Scan?
