Computer started acting up. Win2k OS, SP4.

Noticed my floppy was being acessed every 1 minute. Looked in task manager->processes and I saw that winmgmt.exe restarts consistantly. I believe this to be the cause. I rebooted and that didn't solve anything. Any suggestions?

I also ran wmimgmt.msc and made sure the logging level was errors only.
