Newhouse / the pres presented "evidence and classified at that if my memory serves me correctly / evidence which as far as I am concerned was coerced and twisted to make it fit his puzzle. This is why Scotter Libby outed Joe Wilson's wife / because Joe Wilson was trying to demonstrate that atomic weapons techonology was not coming from Nigeria of which he had first hand knowledge. As far as who left the dogs lose on him / we will never know / one thing is for sure nothing is done in that white house without either approval or equilivant.
As to my statement about toppling goverments / when a nation topples a goverment (coup) and inserts a puppet then you expect that there will be a segment of the population that was supportive of that leader / the end result is you have just recruited soem terrorists.
I have an uncle that was a chief warrant officer flying huey slicks in vietnam / he told me many stories where they had to beat the dog snot out of the south Viet troppers to get them off their ships and into the fight / do you really think they were fighting for something they believed in / sounds just like what I have heard about of the new IRAQ security forces !!
As far as undermining our troppers at war / I have no such goals or interest >> as vehemently stated I have always supported our troops and get very heated when they dont get what they need to get the job done / why is it ok to have haliburton supply and buidl everything in IRAQ without any competive bidding / yet when the troppers need chest armor it must go thru "the process" and procurement ???? when a reserve "boot" invented the device for jamming IED bombs / why arent they yet installed on every damn vehicle in the theatre of operations ?????
Why is that every person who questions why our pres made war in IRAQ and demand to see into the way the "evidence" was sifted thru and presented is called a LIBERAL / I am no damn liberbal nor am I a blind drummer beater who just points his muzzle where ever I am told to without question. Dont you ever question why the 1991 gulf war was so accepted; supported and rightly so by this country ?? old George did it right !! thats why he formed a coalition of other nations to help fight and make SURE it was justified by the presence of such a coalition. Or are all the other countriesd wrong for not participating and we are the only rightous one.
You totally misunderstand my views / I feel our military is a precious instrument of our nation / much like the heart is to our body / I dont believe it should be used to alter or modify other countires beliefs or actions / I dont believe it should be used to protect puppet goverments put in place to help our glutenous nation devour oil / it distrubs me deeply to see all the pictures of the Bush family including old george sooo cozy with the Saudi's on his personal ranch. Do you see any pictures of John McCain cuddling the Royal Dictators ?????

I am by NO means an advocate of pulling out / we have as a nation made the decision to occupy a country >> it is the responsibility of this nation to finish the job regardless of how many soldiers it will consume, nor difficulty, irregardless to financial burden
yet your theories of weapons being given to Syria / lets do them too !!! is damn scary would you really want to take on the entire middle east ??? because whether you wish to admit it or not the middle east is a hot bed of america haters and the more sons and daughters of the middle east you kill the more terrorists you will make / with that attitude what sets us apart from any dictator that just takes whatever he wants by killing the deffenders ????
As for the justification based upon Sadam's killing of his own people with Mustard gas over 20 years ago / why didnt we do anything about it then / or better yet after the gulf war in 1991 when we had convinced the Kurds to attmept an overthrow of Sadam why didnt we help the Kurds when it failed and they were getting slaughtered by the thousands as they fled to the upper most ruins of northern Iraq as sadam butchered them with tanks and air craft / yet the US carriers were told to "stand down"
Our nation would be far better served if we choose presidents with the proper successful military background / a president who has seen and participated in the field where the "cordite burns" then he will know first hand ~~ war is not a tool for plunder or policy making
insted we have choosen a draft dodger and a silver spoon kid ~~ who has been given the OK sonny you can just walk thru the military without even doing your job !! thats who has been running our nation for the last 14yrs !!!
You almost sounded like one of the crusaders from days of the holy wars / the common soldier was told he was fighting to spread christianity and cleanse the world of the impure religions / the kings of those countries were not fighting for christianity LOL they were fighting for plunder, land and expansionism / but its hard to get a soldier to lay down his life and watch his buddy or son die in an effort to make the king richer / it was more noble and rightous to fight for "god"
my only interest is making sure my friends and relatives are not fighting for oil or making more enemies while we do the dirty work for the Saudi's or defending the ever expanding occupations and settlements of the Israelis
