Well, the thread link you gave didn't go anywhere, so I'll start from scratch. Since it's all of the computers, have you tried:

Connect a single computer to the cable modem and see if you can access the site.

Reset the router to factory defaults.

Download the latest firmware for the router.

Try a different router.
