EEK! pheonix bios post codes on new mobo?

Hello I recently purchased a new motherboard online, its a chaintech 7njl6, i put a amd xp 3000+ cpu in it, and ran into this issue. first it booted and I ran xp home set up just fine. there may have been codes then, but not sure. anyway, after that I noticed that there were post codes flashing, 52, 65, 75, 82, (or 8b) 84, and 96.

I have been unable to find a list of post codes that has 65 and 75 on it. anyone no where I can find some post codes?

Also, there is a jumper to change the FSB on the cpu, if I set it to 1-2 (133/166/200) it will power on, but there is a click, and the monitor never even powers on. if I move the pins to 100mhz (2-3) it will boot up, but it says my cpu is 1.3 ghz, I can then go into bios and change the FSB speed to 166 and it will boost it to 1.7ghz, but still not where it should be...
Maybe I am over my head here, is this an issue where I should try and return it?
Thanks
H
