Hi... This time the problem isn't with my computer, but one of my housemate's. It's a Chinese computer (I think) and when she starts the computer up, it logs in as usual, but the taskbar and icons flash/flicker on and off and don't allow her to open the Start menu or click any of the icons. It stops after a while, but this time seems to vary.
