Have Hijackthis fix this entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [734f34h] nmewmi.exe
Then, locate & delete these files/folders:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\intrigue.dll
C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\Totem Shared
C:\WINDOWS\system32\oemsup.exe
Reboot & post a new HJT log
