I killboxed what you said but I when I tried to HJT for:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NI.UWAS5LP_0001_0811] "C:\Documents and Settings\Jennifer Markley\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SHI3C1YZ\WAS5Scan[1].exe"

I received the same error message:
"Unexpected error occured!
Error number 52 (Bad file name or number) in Sub GetLongPath(exe".exe)
Please send a error report to merijn@spywareinfo.com, mentioning what you were doing and what version of windows you have. This message has been copied to your clipboard."

I am going to try Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner now.
