Worked around it...restarted windows and then was able to delete it on reboot...
Followed most recent instructions using HJT (Start HiJackThis & go to Config>Misc Tools> Open process manager
Select the following and click Kill process one at a time.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\??anregw.exe )
and the process was not there...
Parasite KILLED!!!!!
Disconnecting from Internet and continuing...
