Please post the top header of your HJT log. It contains information which we require.


While you're at it, launch Notepad, and copy/paste the box below into a new text file.
Save it as FindFile.bat and save it on your Desktop.

Locate FindFile.bat on your Desktop and double-click on it.
It will open Notepad with some text in it. Please post the text here.
