I suggest moving this to the spyware/ malware board where an expert can examine your hijackthis log file and talk you through using vundufix to remove it.
Vundu has two files , only one of which shows, but both of which must be removed to eliminate it. Once a hijackthis log is examined, it is fairly easy to identify the primary and from that extrapolate the invisible reinstaller and then you can use vundu fix to remove both on reboot.
