Please download the file I have attached to this post. - fixARP.zip

**IMPORTANT - Extract/Unzip it to it's own folder

Next, please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
1. Restart your computer
2. After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3. Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4. Select the option to run Windows in Safe Mode.

From within it's folder, double click on fixARP.bat
Wait for it to present you with a log.

Then reboot to Normal Mode & post that along with a new FindAP log.
