Please enable the viewing of Hidden files
From Windows Explorer, go to Tools>Folder Options> View tab.

Tick - Show hidden files and folder
Untick - Hide file extensions for known types
Untick - Hide protected operating system files

Click Yes to confirm & then click OK

Navigate to this directory - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32

Locate & delete this file: ( You can recognise it by the following attributes)

11/24/2004 10:48 AM - date of creation
389,120 (380KB) - filesize
??rss.exe - ?? can mean any alphabet ..most likely you would see 2 copies of csrss.exe

08/04/2004 03:56 AM 6,144 csrss.exe >> legitimate file (DO NOT DELETE)
