Anyone?
Although PC is no longer shutting down, AVG continues to tell me I have Trojanhorse IRC/BackDoor.SdBot.HLV
I am unable to run HijackThis or Kaspersky. I have downloaded each of them, and used them recently, but for the last few days I get 'page cannot be diplayed' for Kaspersky online virus scan, and nothing at all when I click HIjackThis.
When AVG finds it, I click the 'heal' option. Should I try the others? (Send to virus vault, or delete)
When I click one of those options a warning comes up to tell me that if I remove a system file there could be problems etc
Would appreciate any help
