Do this now..

Go to Start > Run - type cmd <Press Enter>

In the black box that appears , type in the following & press Enter after each line

del /f /q D:\RECYCLED\*.*
del /f /q D:\!Submit\*.*
del /f /q "D:\Documents and Settings\Ray\Local Settings\Temp\*.*"
del /f /q "D:\Documents and Settings\Ann\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\*.*"
exit



CLEAR & RESET SYSTEM RESTORE'S CACHE
Go to Start >> Run - type sysdm.cpl & press Enter
  • Select the System Restore Tab
  • Tick on the checkbox - Turn off System Restore on all drives
  • Click Apply
Turn it back 'On' by unticking the same checkbox & click OK
