Reboot to Safe Mode

Please uninstall this program via Control Panel > Add/Remove program: - Spyware Stormer >> rogueware



Have HijackThis fix these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Spyware Stormer] C:\Program Files\Spyware Stormer\SpywareStormer.Exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MMC] C:\WINDOWS\msi.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UserFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -u



If you have not done so already, please enable the viewing of Hidden files
From Windows Explorer, go to Tools>Folder Options> View tab.

• Tick - Show hidden files and folder
• Untick - Hide file extensions for known types
• Untick - Hide protected operating system files

Click Yes to confirm & then click OK

Locate and delete the following folders, if present:

• C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\CRAIG AND JULE\FAVORITES\Casino & Carrers
  C:\Program Files\Spyware Stormer

Locate and delete the following files:

• C:\WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED PROGRAM FILES\Install.inf
  C:\WINDOWS\msi.exe

1. Go to Start> Run - type cleanmgr (this starts Windows DiskCleanup)
2. Select Drive C: & click the 'OK' button
3. Select the following options:
   • Temporary Internet Files
   • Recycle Bin
   • Temporary Files
4. Click the 'OK' button

Reboot to Normal Mode & post a fresh HJT log
