I think it has something to do with Aol's instant messanger. I removed it and the dll error on shut downs went away. I thought it had something to do with my first install when i denied the installation of the BHO so I reinstalled it and accepted the BHO and I tried rebooting but it gave me the dll error mentioned in the begining of this thread. I think it has something to do with AIM. Here are the results for the scan.
