New PS and Video Card making CPU run hotter

As the title suggests I got a new ATI 800XL 256 AGP and a new Antech 430 watt PS and now my CPU is running at nearly 70*C while running graphic intensive applications. I could run a report through Everest and post it if anyone is interested. It dosnet seem to be causing an issues with the system, when I play.

I touched the side of the case and for some reason it was warm, took the side off and and didnt feel a differance in the temp untill I got my hand near the Vid Card. Wow, that baby was warm. The metal bays that hold my drives in place were also pretty warm to the touch. What could be doing this?

Suggestions or anything else that would help point me in the right direction as to how to handle this. As of right now the side of my case is off and all is well, also nothing is warm to the touch when I'm playing anything. But it seems that as soon as I place the lid back on things start to warm up pretty quick. *New is .... 5? days old for both the PS and Video Card*

Dont have either the old PS or the Video card at my desposable to *swap and play*

Thanks in Advance,
Narynan
