Both Asus P4P800 SE and Asus P4v800-X claim Prescott support. 800MHz Front Side Bus Northwoods are pretty hard to get these days although some are available. My Northwood stays nice and cool (relative to a Prescott). Just get the retail version of the Prescott and you'll get a heatsink which will cool it just fine. Intel includes good heatsinks with their CPUs. You only need after-market heatsinks if you intend to overclock.
