OS: Win98SE/XP

My System

If present, delete both:
c:\ied_s7m.cab
c:\x.cab

You should not need to boot into Safe Mode. But if they do not delete, then boot into Safe Mode and Delete from there. When finished Empty Recycle Bin and await next instructions.
