Start HijackThis Fix
Open Hijack This and click on Scan. Check the following entries (make sure you do not miss any)

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

Please remember to close all other windows, including browsers then click Fix checked.

and now.....*crowd cheers*...

However...
For good measure I suggest visiting Panda ActiveScan
and running a scan (you may need to disable Norton)
When the Scan is done, you will be given the option to save the scan log,
SAVE THAT LOG, and post it here in a reply so we can check to make sure there nothing hidden...
