OK. I've tried clearing the bios. No help. I reset CMOS to "fail safe" settings and CPU to hardware default freq & only 3X mult. No help. Removed all RAM. No beeps. System always acts as expected when 600E is installed. I'm beginning to think SOYO led me astray.
