Well maybe its just me but things seem a bit sketchy when it comes to what troubleshooting steps you already took and what exactly is working and what isnt.
Serious opinion though - the CPU didnt fry because the PC was left in a hot car. Even if it was 150 degrees F in the car the CPU would still be ok.
I'd look into damaged/ bent pins when you pulled the CPU out of the socket together with the HSF - or maybe the mobo got cracked when the PC got slammed around. All depends on how bad it was and how things were mounted.

Have you tried setting everything up out of the case yet - making sure things are seated properly ?
