being that is a freshly installed mobo / I would remove the mobo and run it outside the case / bare bones / one stick of ram / vid card / no hard drive
dont forget to use a "jumper" to connect the pins normally occupied by the case switch (on & off button)
then see if it posts and lets you see the screen
many shorts are easily over looked
