Win32:adan-068

I was searching for tech sites and found this, thought you guys could give me some help.

I have windows 2000 professional.
Avast said that I have win32:adan-068 (adw), the file is in the system folder, I tried to delete it directly but it didn't budge then the comp froze. I ran AVG, nothing, I ran Ad-aware, nothing, I ran SpybotS&D, nothing. After I tell avast to delete it or move it into the vault and then delete it, it just pops up somewhere else, another file. Also my internet connection is down so I am using my other computer which is working fine. I'm not exactly sure what to do since I can't get on the net and scan it with other programs. I also had a process running called ttkotgr something like that, I got rid of it by deleting the file, it was hidden in the system folder. Before I deleted it I searched for it and nothing came up so I didn't think it was anything. But it would only be on when I had internet explorer open. I have searched for adan but can't seem to find anything or a way to get rid of it. HELP ME PLEASE!
