Download KillBox
http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/KillBox.exe. Run KillBox and check the box that says 'End Explorer Shell While Killing File'. Next click on 'Delete on Reboot'. For each of the following files below, check the box that says 'Unregister .dll Before Deleting' if it's not grayed out. Copy and paste each of the following into KillBox (hitting the X button for each file - choose NO when it asks if you want to reboot):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\f3PSSavr.scr
Then, navigate to your System32 folder and delete
C:\WINDOWS\system32\f3PSSavr.scr
REBOOT.

Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

O2 - BHO: PCTools Site Guard - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - C:\PROGRA~1\SPYWAR~2\tools\iesdsg.dll (file missing)
Now, with all windows closed except
HiJackThis, click "
Fix checked".
