It's not advized to install SP2 while the system is infected. It does cause major issues.
Have killbox delete these files as before. Reboot the computer.
c:\windows\helptw.exe
c:\windows\downloaded program files\popcaploader.dll
c:\windows\downloaded program files\ringtone.exe
Check your computer to see if you are still having problems. Report back with how things are and a new HJT log, analyzed.
