I followed all of your instructions. I encountered a few problems, though -- in safe mode, I could not find "O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jsk] C:\Windows\System32\jsk.exe" in the HijackThis scan. I did, however, find the file jsk.exe under Windows\System32, and deleted it. Also, in Windows\System32, I did not find a file named diskcopy.exe, but I did find a .dll with that name. I did not delete it, however.
