userint32 error on startup - help!

Hi,

Lately I've been getting an error on startup, which states that the file C:\Windows\userint32.exe can't be found. It takes unusually long to long in because my computer is trying to find the file. Then I get the error message.

Any help is appreciated - here is my log.
