hmmmm.......im using AVG anti-virus and it has been very successful in destroying the trojans that ive had in the past. uninstall norton symantec and then download AVG from www.majorgeeks.com

then install AVG free edition, update the program, and then run AVG and let it get rid of the problem. post back if AVG gets rid of the problem. good luck
