if you didnt try this yet, try changing the driver version of your videocard drivers? what version of videocard drivers are you running?
before you uninstall your current videocard drivers though check out
www.majorgeeks.com and download "driver cleaner" and follow the instructions that come with it in how to properly uninstall your current videocard drivers. good luck
