Ok so I did everything you guys asked, the window is still popping up. Media access I believe that I removed at some other time, so it wasnt there. I could not find these files to delete:
c:\windows\system32\lWhAJ.exe
C:\windows\system32\UgpRX.exe
C:\windows\system32\7.exe

This is what it said when I ran the malware scan:
The file you uploaded is 0 bytes. It is very likely a firewall or a piece of malware is prohibiting you from uploading this file
I have a wedding most of the day on Sat I'm going to, so I'll get back to you on Sunday.
