I think I'm clean now- am I ??( was " Urgent - 48.exe dialer put porn all over my PC"

I think I finally got rid of the vexed Trojan dialer and the 20 porn short cuts. Repeated instructions BUT turned off "systems restore" this time.

I think the darn "specialgoods" thing which screwed up the system has gone. For good.

Could any of you computer gods take a look and give me the thumbs up if it's clean.
