Call me paranoid!

Hello all,
First of all, I regularly update my virus checker at least once a week and run a full system test again once a week.
So any problems I get are found within a couple of days, and hopefully dealt with.

I ran avg virus scanner and found :-
WORM./ALCAN.A which avg claims to have dealt with and removed.
I then ran Spybot which rooted out a few spywares and found :-
Trojan Horse IRC/Backdoor.sd.bot.185.AG
Again, this claims to have been removed.....

But do you know when you get that feeling that something is still lurking in the background?
Well thats what I'm feeling!

Have installed and run hijackthis.exe and saved the log file.
Have also run analyze hijackthis and have another log file which is posted below.

I would be very grateful if you could spot anything suspicious amongst this lot, and let me know.

Many thanks,

Eddie.

Here is the analyzed log file:-

(p.s. After posting the log i noticed the p2pnetwork.exe in the 04 section of the log. This is were the alcan.a virus seemed to come from, whether this is still a problem I don't know. I run Bearshare and Limewire and am not sure whether these are linked.)
