I appreciate the help but I got the problem fixed. I am getting a little better at this stuff...LOL
I somehow managed to get the Windows registry fixes to install on the registry and then ran viruscan and found the java.nocheat virus. Got it cleaned out and then rebooted and got the linkreg installed. Had to install the zip fix first though.
