To cool my pc I use a TT Tower 112 heatsink and I have a tornado fan blowing through the heatsink and another tornado blowing out of the case. I have a fan control to turn the fans down because otherwise they are very loud. I have a Prescott 3.4 oc'd to 3.75 and I idle at around 30C and with a load mid to upper 40's. Although my pc is a intel the heatsink works with some amd's.
