Hello dragonballfan,
Download CCleaner and install it. Scan the registry and temp files using that program and remove the files/entries it finds.
Uninstall the following from the Add/Remove panel if you see it. Also delete their folders at C:\program files\ if it's there.

Restart and post a new mwav log.
