Download LSPFix
http://www.greyknight17.com/spy/LSPFix.exe and run it. Click on
newdotnet3_88.dll on the left window and click on the arrow pointing to the right. Click Finish and follow the prompts.
Uninstall the following Program from Add/Remove:
NewDotNet
And fix the following entry in HJT:
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'c:\program files\newdotnet\newdotnet3_88.dll' missing
Then navigate to the following folder and delete it.
c:\program files\newdotnet\
Reboot the computer and then return to Normal Mode. Run a HJT scan and analyze it. Post back with results. Also, tell us how things are now.
