Update....

I took my ATX PS from my regular PC and plugged it into the suspect MB. Well the cpu fan started and the green power led started blinking. The only things connected were 1 memory strip and video board.

Reinstalled the original PS and now the MB green power light comes on but nothing else. This is weird, can the PS and MB both be bad?
