My virus program shows two infections that it won't heal

Trojan_Downloader.VBS.Iwill.g and
Trojan_Clicker.Win32,Delf.bc

I also ran house call and came up with the following

Java_Bytever.C and
Troj_Delf.KF

Please help.......thanks
