It seems too small and maybe you would better change to a new and bigger one?
Since you use Windows XP but not some advanced one which provide a built-in disk management allow you to extend/shrink partition. Anyway, there is a way to expand the partition with diskpart or a free tool. you may find the detailed solution here:
