code 10 device is not working/graphic card

Hi, this is my first time ever having this kind of problem. I was playing world of warcraft and for some reason like an hour later, my WoW crashed and my screen frozed up. So, I restarted my computer and all of a sudden I see this huge lag and choppy when it's loading to desktop. Then, I clicked to device manager and I see this "!" Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT. I uninstall the driver and everything that has to do with Nvidia. I took out the graphics card out the slot and then I snapped it back in to make sure its tight. It still show the message. I also downloaded the new driver from the website and checked their tech problem solver. It says something about pnp/pci in bios and go to Vga thing. I dont know what it is, but I dont have it. All I have is the pnp on or off and that was it. Anyways, I have built a few computers before and never had this kind of problem. This computer has been built about a year now. No problem was showing before nor have this kind of message. This is making me go insane and I have tried everything that I can think of.
Specs:
Asus P5kc
Nvidia 8500 GT PCI-E 256
3g of ram
intel process cpu
window xp sp2

I have been using xp sp2 for a very long time. Pretty much when it first came out. I never had this problem.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! What can I do or what else is there to do??? What did I miss??? PLEASE PLEASE HElP ME!!! =D I am going crazy and mad at the same time because it has never happened before !!!
Thanks
