I gave you bad information. He didn't find anything with norton but got a message when he turned on the system that there were 15 trojans.

Also we have a small BSOD error message in the middle of the desktop about a trojan infection (I'll post details once I'm done with the AV scan in safe mode).

The bho.dll,TASKMGRU and MSIMN32 exe files are pesky. I delete them in safe mode after fixing them in HJT but they re-appear at re-start (both safe and normal).
