Your log looks clean. Let's try registering Internet Explorer's DLL files. Go to Start->Run and type in command and click OK. Then type in each of the following, hitting the Enter key after each line:
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
regsvr32 shdoclc.dll
