OK, do this instead.

Go to Grisoft and download their AVG antivirus program. Install it and then immediately disable Norton Antivirus. We don't want to have two of them running at the same time. Better yet, disable Norton before installing AVG. Now update AVG first and then run a full system scan.

After that's done, restart and post a new HijackThis log.
