Hi,

My system restarts whenever I open a video file. When this problem first time happened, I formatted the system and the problem was gone..but now after sometime it pops out again. I have updated my nvidia drivers, deleted the "unknown device" under sound video game control tab, yet this refused to go down..please help me.
